I am investigating the effects of post-translational modifications on antigen binding. The current focus lies on elucidating the interactions between MHC I molecules, T-cell receptors and a number of tumor related antigens.

The project is aimed at aiding vaccine development by understanding how specific post-translational modifications can be recognised by the immune system.
